Since the 90s, he has been a tireless animator of cultural life in Lublin working as a curator, creator, producer, director, manager, culture maker, educator, public space artist and an organizer of “citywide” events.

In 2006, he implemented an international project (Germany / France / Poland) “Stereotypes vs. reality – young Europeans”, which was awarded the “Golden Star” by the European Commission for a collaborative project dedicated to overcoming national stereotypes, as well as those concerning disability. The venture has been deemed exemplary in Europe.

Since 2007, he coordinated and produced the first editions of Night of Culture – Lublin’s animation phenomenon (250 events for an audience of 70,000 in one night). Co-inventor and co-producer of citywide cultural events in Lublin. Creator of hundreds of events in the city: concerts, shows, exhibitions, happenings, performances, etc. Winner of the Artistic Award of Lublin and the Angelus Award in the “Animator of cultural life in Lublin” category, as well as many other awards and honors for his continuous work on creating culture for social change.

He co-created and shaped Lublin’s efforts in the 2016 ECoC competition. Although Lublin didn’t win at that time, the competition brought a great leap in the development of Lublin’s culture.

Co-originator and co-coordinator of the “Coalition of Cities 2016” project creating an innovative way of cooperation between the candidate cities in the ECoC competition (Gdańsk, Katowice, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Szczecin) and Wrocław as the European Capital of Culture in 2016. Winner of the Wrocław Mayor’s Medal for his work for the European Capital of Culture Wrocław 2016.

Creator of the “L² – the enhancement of the culture of Lublin and Lviv” project, co-creator of Polish-Ukrainian festivals. Producer and organizer of the Eastern Partnership Culture Congress.
Author and implementer of the “Lviv Month” concept as President of the Trans Culture Foundation within the framework of the ECoC Wrocław 2016. As a sign of recognition, he was bestowed with the honorary title of Lviv Cultural Ambassador.

Conceptual and programme coordinator of the year-long celebration of the 700th anniversary of the city of Lublin (1000 events), for which he was awarded the Medal of the 700th anniversary of Lublin.

Currently, as the Lublin’s Mayor Representative, he is engaged in the implementation of the Lublin ECoC 2029 RE:UNION application won by the city of Lublin.
He provides an expert support in Lviv’s efforts to represent Ukraine in the ECoC 2030 competition.
