Graduate of the Cultural Animation and Management program at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), as well as Political Science at the Aleksander Gieysztor Academy of Humanities, and postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management at UMCS.

From 2008 to 2025, he was affiliated with the Lublin City Office. As a member of the Department of Culture, he contributed to the preparation and implementation of numerous strategic cultural projects for the City of Lublin, including the European Capital of Culture Lublin 2016 – Candidate, the Eastern Partnership Culture Congress, Districts of Culture, Lublin Culture Development Strategy 2013–2020, Lublin 700 – The Grand Jubilee, and various international cultural cooperation projects.

Since 2018, he has served as Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Centre, where he has been involved in the organisation of four editions of the Cross-Border Cooperation Congress, Lublin European Youth Capital 2023, and the European Capital of Culture 2029 bid. He has also been responsible for the city’s cooperation with international partners and networks such as Eurocities and the European Heritage Label.

A musician by passion, he is co-founder and bassist of the Lublin based indie rock band Mohipisian
